I am a PhD candidate in the Department of Philosophy at Rice University, supervised by Steven Crowell and George Sher.

 

I primarily work on ethics, moral psychology, and 19th-20th century European philosophy (especially phenomenology and existentialism).  In my research, I discuss various issues about the self and interpret classical texts in the phenomenological tradition.
